This video introduces a new project car for Hannah, a 2010 Audi Q5 with a 2.0 diesel, bought as a daily driver while also serving as a new build for a future series. The host explains the rationale for the move from a previous BMW daily driver to a larger car, and frames the Q5 as a practical starting point for a long-term repair and modification project. He walks through the car’s current state, noting it is crash-damaged but with a full petrol service history, which is unusual for an insurance write-off. The video then shifts to a walkthrough with Hannah to gauge her initial impressions and to outline what needs attention, including a broken door handle, a damaged bonnet and wings, and a rear suspension arm issue. The host emphasizes that the car starts and runs but is not yet drivable due to suspension problems, and he teases a future episode where the team will strip and repair the affected areas. The plan is to document the repair process step-by-step, explore modifications, and progressively restore and enhance the Q5, inviting viewer feedback on which modifications to tackle first. Throughout, the host encourages audience engagement through likes and comments and hints at continued content during stay-at-home periods. The video closes with a short reflection on maintaining a positive outlook while beginning this challenging build and setting expectations for the next installments.
