If I'm talking in terms of how much money was invested in its development compared to how many units it sold, I think I'm going to have to go with the Apple Vision Pro. I'm not saying it's a bad product or that it's not going to go anywhere in the future, but it's pretty clear from how dramatically Apple cut down their production of it over time, it did not sell the way that they expected it to. And that's kind of the definition of a flop. As for the most impactful technology, it's pretty broad, so I'm just going to pick something from the last little while. Valve's Steam OS.
