The video documents the ongoing transformation of an Audi S5 by installing an RS5 bodykit sourced from Xenon’s UK. The creator begins with an unboxing and outlines the plan to fit the full RS5 kit even though the car isn’t yet wrapped or painted, aiming to have the bodykit ready before a final wrap. He emphasizes the iterative process, acknowledging that some steps will be challenging but that the end result should look significantly more aggressive and coherent with the car’s proportions. Early on, he also addresses cleaning and preparing the areas around the bumper to ensure proper fitment, including dealing with an interior trim piece and painting a component to improve aesthetics while waiting for parts to arrive. This setup episode establishes the scope, expectations, and a hint of the wrap work that will follow in subsequent videos, keeping viewers engaged for the completing stages of the modification.

Questions answered
- What were the main challenges encountered when fitting the RS5 bumper and bodykit to the Audi S5, and how were they addressed?
- The bumper required test fitting and some cutting, particularly around the grill and exhaust areas. There were clearance issues with the tailpipes and the exhaust tips, which necessitated some trimming and reworking. The builder also noted needing to remove and reattach components like the grill during the process and improvising with clamps and silicon to secure parts that did not fit perfectly.
- Did the creator decide to use the chrome or black badges on the new RS5 bodykit setup, and what influenced the final choice?
- The creator experimented with different badge options from friends and suppliers. Eventually he found the chrome badge did not fit well with the planned look, and after trying alternatives, he leaned toward a chrome rear badge while keeping some chrome accents, balancing the overall aesthetic with the car’s styling choices.
- What is planned for the next video in this build series?
- The next video is expected to reveal the color of the wrap and show the wrapping process on the Audi S5, marking a major milestone after the extensive fitment work done in this episode.
