Description

all right so you might have seen a bunch of videos lately about how Apple's object eraser AI is kind of meh and Samsung's object eraser AI seems to be incredible and it's true and it's most obvious when you try it on faces so I took the exact same original image and asked Apple intelligence to just remove my hand and it tries but does a pretty terrible job ask Samsung's latest Flagship to remove my hand over my face and it selects the hand perfectly and then reconstructs my face underneath and it's kind of accurate now that's I don't even know if it's Ed ful or not but it is impressive so I tried covering up more and more of my face and each and every time it reconstructed my face based on what it thinks a face under that hand would look like I found that the more I cover my face the less accurate it is but it's still so much better than Apples or Google's or anyone else's out there so I guess next time your hair blows in front of your face in a picture uh find a friend with a Samsung phone follow for more actually interesting phone tips

AI OverviewDefault language

Samsung's Special Sauce examines how Samsung's latest flagship phone handles object erasing, focusing on its ability to remove parts of a person's face in photos and reconstruct the area underneath. The video begins by contrasting Samsung with Apple, noting that Apple’s AI is less capable in this specific test. The presenter demonstrates removing a hand from the image and then observes that Samsung reconstructs the hidden facial area with surprising accuracy, sometimes even more convincingly than other major rivals. As the test progresses and more of the face is covered, the reconstruction becomes less accurate, but it remains significantly more capable than similar features from competing brands. The conclusion highlights Samsung's AI as a standout in its class for photo touch ups and face reconstruction, suggesting viewers try it on a Samsung device for themselves and hinting at practical tips for capturing better photos with this technology.
