Description

I guess technically it's called a NetTop or something like that, but Zotac calls it a mini all in one. Whatever you want to call it, it's a cool little product. By not including an OS (which many people don't need), this little MAG cuts the price down to the point where it's a VERY good value!

The video presents an unboxing and first look at the Zotac MAG HD-ND01-U Atom ION All in One Mini Desktop PC. Linus walks through the product packaging, listing the included items such as four mounting screws, a stand, an AC adapter, a power cord, a driver installation CD, a warranty card, and a user manual with multi-language support. He highlights the device’s base hardware: an Atom 330 dual-core processor, Nvidia Ion graphics, 2 GB of RAM, gigabit Ethernet, and onboard wireless with an SD/SDHC card reader, along with a diverse set of I/O options including VGA, HDMI, USB, and optical audio. A key point is that the MAG ships without an operating system, which Linus emphasizes as a way to reduce cost and let users reuse their existing OS. He demonstrates how the unit mounts to a display via the VESA stand, describing the physical design, glossy black and orange color scheme, and the accessible front and rear ports. The segment covers practical usage considerations, such as the system’s silent operation and its potential as a media center or compact HTPC, while noting the packaging integrity and ease of setup. In closing, Linus shares initial impressions about the build quality, the compact footprint, and the overall value proposition of a small, capable mini All-in-One PC for home theater or light computing tasks.
