Description

the Nintendo switch is great but the joy-cons just aren't Esports ready and I'm the lmg Smash Bros Champion luckily nixie's here with their new Wizard Joy cons that look just like a GameCube controller and it's got some impressive features wow right off the bat this feels a little a little cheap it doesn't have the analog triggers or anything the GameCube does but I mean it does look like one it's got hall effect joysticks additional grip triggers and interchangeable joystick rings but how wow this is really confusing come on I finally got it I'm changing out those rockers uh was a little challenging but now you have a nice smooth feel does it supposed to look like that nice more traditional feel for us modern Gamers but Bell I still want to play handheld don't worry it does that too wow it's got light up buttons that's actually pretty sick one thing to note it definitely makes your switch feel very long and the thickness is wild I have medium to large size hands and I find the joy cons get pretty darn uncomfortable after a while whereas this I could play all day looks like if I use the Nixie wizard lmg doesn't stand a chance this year

The video presents an unboxing and first impressions of the Wizard Joy Cons, an accessory designed to make the Nintendo Switch feel Esports ready. The host compares the controller to a GameCube setup, noting that while it trades the Switch’s analog triggers for a GameCube-like layout, it brings several notable features such as hall effect joysticks, additional grip triggers, and interchangeable joystick rings. Initial impressions acknowledge a slightly inexpensive feel, but the quick swap of the rocker configuration ultimately yields a smoother, more traditional control feel for players, especially those who prefer longer handheld sessions. The device is also advertised as usable in handheld mode, addressing the common complaint that Switch controllers are uncomfortable for extended play. Aesthetically, the controller includes light up buttons and a noticeably thicker form factor that could accommodate extended play with large hands. The video emphasizes the idea that these modifications are intended to provide a competitive edge while maintaining a familiar GameCube-inspired design, and the presenter ends with a confident tease about future coverage this year.
