Description

This is the coolest phone I've seen at EVA. The most interesting thing about this phone is its four distinct display modes. Coolest one, in my opinion, is the max inc mode, which makes it more like an e-reader experience. You're limited down to eight apps, limited to what notifications you can receive, and it can get crazy battery life. The second and third modes are sort of inbetweeners where you can use all of the features on your phone, but it's color profile. So, ink paper mode is black and white. Color paper mode is lower saturation, softer colors. You can just switch all of this off and go to a full normal phone experience. The specs aren't particularly much to phone home about, but it's not a super expensive phone. And their focus is clearly on the display, not just the modes. Various forms of eye strain relief that may or may not help. Thanks to Holyland for sponsoring our Epha coverage.
